This website is managed by a non-profit organization called, Music Only Makes Sense (MOMS, because we don’t make any money, get it?) whose purpose is to produce live music events in order to raise funds for the benefit of our local elementary, grammar, middle and high-school, art, music and performing arts departments.
We put on the first ever Davis Music Festival in June 2011. We also began supporting the Davis Live Music Collective and their efforts.
We’re happy to announce that our next event is DMF3 scheduled for June 22, 2013 and will span multiple stages, with an estimated 2,000 attendees, who will enjoy performances from approximately 65 bands, throughout 1.5 days. It’s like a mini-SXSW here in NorCal…sorta.

Tha Dirt Feelin’ has been impressive at Sudwerk’s Beerfest and The Graduate lately. We missed the opportunity to book them for 2011, but hopefully they’ll be working hard and can be considered for 2012. Keep it up, dudes.
